All products purchased in store or online directly from Skin Sanctuary MD store are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
 
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and arrive from shipping within 2-8 business days. Tracking information will be provided upon order confirmation.
 
Skin Sanctuary MD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.
 
Skin Sanctuary MD is not responsible for resending orders with with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.
 
Skin Sanctuary MD is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
